Internally, Cadillac has placed a greater emphasis on corporate sustainability and responsibility by implementing eco-friendly practices and employee incentive programs within our manufacturing plant and offices. Our initiatives include reducing waste, reducing utility consumption, proper recycling and disposal practices for plastics, paper, wood and metals. In addition we provide recycling services for employees who do not have access to the option at home.
